Clean. Convenient. Well stocked ammenities. Air conditioner kept it cool. No noise from fire department. Easy to park on street. About 10 minute easy walk to end of court street.

Excellent secluded spot to stay in Athens that is still close enough to uptown so you can enjoy it. Shower was slightly short for a tall person but nothing you can't work with for the stay.

The space is simple but inviting, met our needs. I will say in my view the experience could be improved with an outdoor light of some sort - we arrived after dark and it was a little foggy, and we drove past the location and had to use the flashlights on our cell phones to be sure we were at the right place.

Came for parents weekend. Great location. Clean. Easy 1.5 mile walk to and from Peden Football Stadium (O.U.). Only complaint is the listing states: sleeps 4. There were 4 of us; two adult couples. The queen bed was comfortable and was able to sleep 2. However the couch was not a pull out couch. It is a futon style couch. When it is unfolded there in no way 2 adult sized people could comfortably sleep on there. We found a thin mattress in the closet. It was similar to a crib matress, but longer. We were fine with this accommodation since we were only here 1 night and parents weekend is a difficult time to find places to stay. I only wanted to mention this in the reviews to clarify the reality of what the sleeping situation is

This upstairs apartment was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the host was easy to work with. It is a short 15 minute walk to the end of court street and the hill to walk up was not bad at all. The only things that weren’t great was the lack of a tv and the shower being short. I am 5’3” and had to squat down to wash my hair. Other than that it was a great stay!
