Escape to the heart of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region with this charming, fully-furnished 1-bedroom + loft lakefront cottage located directly along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. This cozy and inviting lakefront retreat features direct Lake access for all summer activities as well as access for winter activities such as snowmobiling, ice fishing, and cross country skiing.
The main level features a full kitchen, a cozy living space, a 3/4 bathroom, and a comfortable queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom. Upstairs in the spacious loft, you'll find a full-sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds, along with a convenient half bathroom. This cottage is thoughtfully equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer and central AC, making long-term stays easy and comfortable. Rental includes linens, dishware, and kitchen appliances.
Located within minutes of Gunstock Ski Resort, Bank of NH Music Pavilion, and Weirs Beach.

My family lives in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and we LOVE everything this area has to offer for outdoor activities. In the summer, we enjoy swimming, boating, golf and hiking. In the wintertime we cross country ski, snowmobile and snowshoe. There's always something to do here in New Hampshire!
