Spacious 6-bedroom house in fabulous Norcross close to Downtown Atlanta

Beautiful spacious home with 6 bedrooms, large master bedroom, living room, family room. Breakfast area overlooks backyard and deck. Great location within 21 miles of downtown Atlanta, Stone Mountain Park, and major tourist sites, within 2 miles from Interstate 85 and 285, and within walking distance (1 mile) to the historic Norcross City. Pets, smoking, drugs, and party are NOT allowed. Unbooked guest stay is not allowed and will be charged $60 per person per night. Your booking includes exclusive access to first second floor, and basement.

This house is big enough to sleep 12 guests. It has six bedrooms and 4 and half bathrooms. It has two kitchens, a putting room for golf, a ping Pong room and an exercise room at basement.

We don't allow partying or any events, this is a community with noise restrictions after eleven o'clock.

The price per night includes three guests. Any additional guests is $29 per guest***per night with a maximum of 12 guest total.

Cleaning fee is $195
No more than 12 guests are allowed to stay.
The base rate for 3 adults and after 3, the extra guest fee is $29/ night/guest. Any additional unbooked guests will be charged at $60/night/guest.

The house was falsely advertised as a 5 bedroom and it was 4, but only 3 of the rooms had beds; the 4th was converted to an office. The kitchen wasn't fully functional or stocked. The property wasn't well kept (spiderwebs/dusty and there was a roach issue). Although there was a garage and we had a vehicle, we could not easily access it. There was also a thermostat issue (it was set to turn off/on and we couldn't override). Lastly, although it says it now, the listing did not include that someone would be sharing the house with us. There was/is someone living in the basement of the home and we could hear him (and encountered him) when he went in and out of the basement.

Unfortunately, the accusations of false advertising are untrue. Since the guests only booked for three adults, we locked the bedroom on the first floor and the bedroom in the basement, leaving three bedrooms on the second floor for their use. However, our video recordings show they had four guests staying from November 6th to 9th. After we requested payment for the unregistered guest, they made these unfair and unfounded accusations.

We had an awesome experience staying at this property….Please ignore the bad review below because none of those things that was mentioned happened during our stay! We had the entire home to ourselves and it was really clean. They had all the items we needed to stay soap, tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, pots, dishes and a lot of other things. I definitely recommend staying here oh and the host John was really nice and showed us everything in the home so we wouldn’t be confused about anything…very lovely home

Everything was great! The home was very spacious and located in a convenient, quiet part of Norcross. We truly enjoyed our week-long stay and felt comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place to others and plan to stay here again whenever I’m in the area.
