When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned, but was quickly remedied. There is a train that goes by often that can be heard all night. We expected there to be A/C based on the description, but I guess window units are used and had not yet been put in. For this time of year, the weather has been unseasonably warm which is unexpected.Overall, a nice house with plenty of space.
