From the moment you arrive until the sun sets, this location is unmatched. Almost every room in the house offers a breathtaking ocean view, inviting you to slow down and savor the scenery. The home features an attractive sun room directly overlooking the beach and ocean, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a newly remodeled kitchen and dining area—perfect for family gatherings. You can prepare your meals in the full kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and a lobster pot, and then cook on the gas grill outside.

The spacious layout is ideal for large groups, with six bedrooms spread across three levels. The first floor includes a bedroom with a full bed. The second floor features three bedrooms with queen beds and a room perfect for children with two sets of bunk beds (four twin mattresses). High above the ocean on the third floor, you'll find an oversized bedroom offering truly spectacular views, furnished with one queen bed and two twin beds. You'll be comfortable throughout your stay with Ductless Air Conditioning and Internet access, plus a washer and dryer. After a day on your private beach, rinse off in the essential outdoor shower.

Lovely ocean breeze

This place was perfect for us. Easily fit 3 families with room for us to grow. Big and clean, bright and open, lovely ocean breeze, ice cream and good food within walking distance. It was unexpectedly well equipped for our toddlers with indoor and outdoor toys, the fenced yard, and so much beach. We hope to return.

We are a family of 5 and we’re looking for a Covid safe getaway and found this house with a private beach. The house looked so beautiful on the website and we were thrilled to find it in perfect condition exactly as it is shown on the website. The house has everything you will need from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas. We had such a great time we decided to stay again this past August, 2022. Our daughter and her boyfriend are Boston College grads and live in Boston so this has become the perfect family vacation for parents from California. My only complaint is a week of family fun goes by too quickly.

Made several calls and about 4 days in an appliance service representative came and had to clean out the condenser under the fridge which he explained was the issue and thus totally solved the problem. The air conditioner in the second bedroom to the right was/is making a grinding noise and the handyman Dan Thompson could not fix.If you need further details please let me know.Diane

The house is renovated with top of the line appliances, a full game room, comfortable furniture and even memory foam mattresses! The location lives up to the pictures - a lush lawn and rock wall/flower garden leads down to the stairs to your private beach. The house is furnished like a home, not a rental, with every little detail provided for. Highly recommended!

Great house however poor property management.

Per the instructions I reported two issues Sunday morning which were not addressed. The management company responded that they would take care of them however, neither the grill or master bedroom light were fixed during our stay. I reached out twice to the management company and they responded they would get someone out but nothing was addressed. The property itself was wonderful but I can't provide a 5 star rating because the management company did not do their job. For the owner - recommend paper towels be available and the grill probably needs to be replaced, we followed the directions in the house but still couldn't get it to remain lit, it would ignite but go out. We replaced the propane tank but to no avail. We ended up buying a charcoal grill and used it for the week. Recommend providing more bikes - the two there are fine however not easy to ride for most people. All in all we would return, thank you for sharing your wonderful home, it is lovely!
