About this property

Historic Recording Studio

This property is a real taste of the old city with a musical twist. This is the original site of the legendary FishTank Recordings previously owned by the multi-award-winning songwriter, musician, and music producer Lucio Rubino. The studio retains its original layout with floating floor systems studio glass, and walls specifically shaped for sound isolation. The decor includes original art, playable instruments and framed articles of Rubino. If you're into unique stays with a little artistic flare this is the place for you. It's a short walk to the coolest places in town and the trolley tour stop is just across the street. The large backyard is fenced in and has outdoor covered seating, a fire pit, and soaking pool to cool off on hot days.
