The host is great! Very responsive. The house is sweet, spacious and near to everything. We used is as a base for our employees and they are comfortable. Everything works, too. Thank you so much for hosting us. This is our second week with the place and we will be back

I had to call the host before arrival, because we were not sent any check in instructions. The host said she didn't receive any booking info & couldn't find our reservation. Once she found the reservation, she sent her cleaning people over. The house was not ready to check in at 4pm, we received the code at 4:45pm. There was a bag of trash still in the living room when we arrived. The drain in the sink in one of the bathrooms didn't work. Two of the bedroom doors didn't close, no privacy in those 2 rooms. The metal transition strip to the master bedroom is a tripping hazard & dangerous. The smoke detector beeped the whole time because it needs batteries. The microwave didn't work. The screened in porch is in terrible condition, dangerous. We had to go buy air freshener, because the house had a strong odor, smelled like cat urine. We were charged 200 extra for leaving at 10:38am. Checkout is at 10am, we misunderstood and thought it was 11am. Communicated with host. The host was unwilling to resolve any issues. Not worth the price. This was the worst vrbo experience we've ever had. I've never had to leave a negative review. Absolutely terrible!
