You'll enjoy the excellent ocean front view and the prime central beach location of this spacious one bedroom condo in Fort Lauderdale Beach. The condo is clean, beautiful, and spacious and features a close proximity including restaurants, supermarket, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, and more. You will also enjoy the many complimentary amenities and services that the condo has to offer.

The condo has a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six people. The living room has a TV and DVD player, sleeper sofa and a murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a beautiful vanity with granite. There is also a furnished balcony with an excellent view.

Terrific stay in awesome area

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was awesome! Balcony looked out over the ocean. We were at three minute walk from the beach. There were a little shops to get ice or sodas or water for the beach. Kitchen was well stocked there’s a laundromat in the ground floor that is awesome. Can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

Nice spot!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly staff and most other guests were outgoing and friendly. Good location, although the short walk to/from the main drag was dicey at night. Hopefully that cleans up. Nature trails nearby were awesome and beach is spotless. Disappointed the pool bar was not open “due to covid” when every other bar in town is open. Anyway, overall it was great. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoy this property. The location is less than a 2 minute walk to Ft. Lauderdale Beach. You can walk the sidewalks of A1A along the beach. There are number of very good restaurants within walking distance. Plus some friendly Irish Pubs for the afternoon pick me up! And if you don’t feel like leaving the property there is a pool bar for your Happy Hour and more convenience.

We had a great time. The condo was very nice and had an excellent ocean front view. The location was fantastic with numerous restaurants, bars, and other specialty stores right there! A grocery store is close by. The beach is a block away. We will be returning.

Room was clean. Distance to beach and balcony were awesome. Had to move furniture to use both the fold out sofa and Murphy bed at the same time. Pool was disappointing- noisy and run down looking.

Thank you for staying and sharing a review. The pool has recently been updated with a diamond-brite finish, new pavers, and the exterior walls adjacent to the pool have also been updated. The pool area is quiet and enjoyable during January and February. However, during your dates (Christmas & New Year's break) the pool area can be busy because it's a popular amenity for kids. There's also a convenient poolside bar to grab refreshments at reasonable prices. Regarding the location of the murphy bed and sleeper sofa, you will have to slide the sofa over a few feet to make room for the murphy bed. It should be easy to slide because the floor is tile. I apologize that this was an inconvenience for you. Any guest that needs assistance may call the front desk by dialing 0 and a staff member will be happy to assist.
