A perfect family vacation home with a spectacular lake view! Air conditioned home with deluxe furnishings, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Granite countertops, hardwood floor, comfortable, cozy leather sectional couch for movie nights. Sleeps 6 people with up to 8 using 2 optional memory foam mattresses. The upper Loft bedroom, has a King bed, private bathroom and television. Two main floor bedrooms with Queen beds share the main floor bathroom. (Flip out memory foam mattresses available for younger kids that don’t want to share a bed or a 7 or 8th guest- must be requested) Luxury bed linens and plenty of bath towels. 60" smart television in the living room for family movie nights. LG front load washer and dryer.
The spacious front deck offers a Weber barbecue, dining table, umbrella, patio furniture with a fantastic lake view to enjoy. Or relax on the large back private deck, with garden yard. Great place for your children to play.
Our Cottage is located on a quiet traffic street and a 2 minute walk to the upper pool with toddler swim area and hot tub. Beach and pool towels provided.
LaCasa has many amenities, The main area of resort offers tennis/pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, mini golf, and children's playground. Tennis, pickle ball, badminton ball rackets, golf putter, golf balls, bocce ball set are supplied in the cottage for your use. Board games and puzzles also available.
Our lakeshore has a waterpark, lake side patio decks, Marina and Boat launch. Boat slips may be available for an extra cost thru the resort management office. All other resort amenities are no cost to use.
The convenience store provides all you may need, with take out meals, liqueur, and a casual restaurant. While a bit expensive and convenient it is advisable to bring along your own groceries. Alternatively, Save on Foods grocery store in West Kelowna delivers your 24 hr pre online order direct to the Cottage.
Golf carts are available to rent at additional cost to get around on the resort, pre booking is recommended. Lots of local trails throughout the resort and behind in park land to explore hiking or trail ride on your bike, quad or dirt bike.
Historical Fintry park is a 2 minute drive north on Westside road offering hiking to waterfalls, sandy beaches, boat launch and outdoor events.
Many local golf courses nearby, including Sparkling Hill, Shannon lake and Two Eagles. Tour the local award winning wineries along West Kelowna's wine trail, such as Quails gate, Mission Hill, Frind, Mt Boucherie to name a few. Or take in Kelowna downtown craft brewery/cider district and nightlife. Strictly a NON SMOKING cottage, on decks or property. LaCasa resort also maintains a registered strata by-law of NON SMOKING for entire resort. Fireplace is "decor" purpose only. Driveway easily parks 2 cars, a 3rd in tandem if cars are smaller. Height clearance of deck can restrict larger trucks/vehicles or boats. Garage is owner use only. No pets allowed.
