Casa Laguna is a privately owned home with private amenities and entry via smart locks. The home is surrounded by lush palms ands vegetation offering. Creating a feeling of your own private paradise.

We welcome you and your family to take a break, relax and feel safe in your own private paradise.

Anna Maria Island is a family-oriented vacation destination with a laid-back feel. The island has a very relaxing atmosphere. The beautiful, world-famous white beaches and friendly character of the island will make you want to come back again and again.
BEDROOMS
5 Bedrooms/ 8 Beds & Upstairs retreat
Our home has 5+ bedrooms that are all comfortably apart from each other in the house, accommodating for the privacy of members of your group. AL. TV's in every bedroom Netflix, or HULU ready. The master suite has a medium firm memory foam king bed, and a master bath equipped with two shower heads, and penny tiled flooring. Also, the master bath is connected to the outdoor bamboo shower. Bedroom two is upstairs off the kitchen and has a queen bed that easily glides out from the wall. Partitioned from the rest of the room by collapsable doors is a sleeping nook with fun lighting includes a cozy double bed for the kids or your own cozy solace. This bedroom also comes with an ensuite two person deluxe shower with wall-mounted shower jets, bluetooth shower music system, and optional blue LED lighting. Bedrooms three & four both have queen beds. Bedroom five is the kids' sanctuary with a queen and double on the loft-like bunk bed.
KITCHEN
The new kitchen has an open-air feel and plenty of space for a large group. There are granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary utensils you may need. The kitchen eating area accommodates six, and the rest of the gang can hang around the granite island which seats 2-4, or the foyer cocktail table that seats 4 more. Do not forget the larger outside table.
LIVING ROOM
Watch television on the large 75 " flat screen smart TV. There is a large sectional likely to fit the whole crew. At the end of the room is a closet packed full with board games.
HEATED POOL/ SPA
Finally, relax in your private lagoon-like pool with a tanning ledge, swim up tiki table, infinity edge hot tub/spa, waterfall, deck jets, There is LED pool and spa lighting with variable color settings with the touch of a button. Landscape lighting provides a resort-like feel and is throughout the property. The pool is heated year round to 84 degrees or better at no additional charge. Forget your worries, "you're on island time" and yes, you'll "be back again."

OTHERS
It is just three blocks to white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Take a 5-6 minute walk or a 90 second golf cart ride. Golf Carts are easily rented and delivered by my friend at Beac’N Rides. Just goole search their company. Easy parking at the beach access. There are many beach toys and supplies available for you to you use. Including a cooler. The bikes are there but guests & groups are typically hard on them so they are not a guarantee. We only ask that you please treat all the gear well and wash off the salt water after use. Thanks in advance.
Nearby are the wonderful shops, and restaurants that Holmes Beach has to offer. PUBLIX shopping center is 1.2 miles away.

A collapsable baby cribs (or pack-n-play's) are there for your use as well.
Weber grill and three lounge chairs on the patio.
We update our house regularly to ensure it is in in prime condition so guests can have their best stay. The home went through $100,000+ repair/ renovation post hurricane Helene and looks and smells like new because much of it is. 😆

This house is wonderful, so much room and has everything you need. The pool is absolutely amazing, spent a lot of time there. The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk and was never very crowded. Would stay here again

A group of friends and I stayed at Casa Laguna for the week and it was perfect. The house was more than big enough for the 6 of us and was accommodate us all perfectly. We loved every part of this property and would definitely recommend staying here. We spend most of our days out by the pool. The pool itself was worth rebooking this house! Excellent overall experience. Very appreciative that the owners worked hard to get the property ready following the 2 gulf hurricanes. The updates to the property were great and worked perfectly for our family. Great location within a short walk to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen amenities. First of, hopefully, many AMI vacations

Absolutely the perfect house and location- right in between Bradenton and Anna Maria- a very quiet enclave. The house was fully equipped with everything you would find in your own house. Beds, bedding, and towels were all good quality. No need to even use your car unless you are going off the island. We rented a golf cart and brought our e-bikes. There are also four other bikes which family used when they came to visit. The house is less than three blocks to the beach and we definitely enjoyed it!Can't wait to return to AMI!

Every thing was as stated in vrbo. Great pool area and outdoor space. House has plenty of room for a big family. Great location with a shuttle bus stop next to property. Casa Laguna rocks!

We absolutely loved our time on the island and at Casa Laguna. It was our 2nd time to rent the home and were so glad we went back. The house has lots of space and included every amenity you could possibly need while on vacation. The outdoor area with pool, hot tub, grill, etc., was fantastic. We had a quick 3 block walk to the beach and they had all the chairs, towels and toys we needed. Would highly recommend Casa Laguna!

House was in a nice central location with three block walk to the beach. Bedroom layout allowed for lots of privacy for each person/couple. Didn't have young children, but the house had plenty of equipment and items for younger children. The pool and hot tub and private outdoor space was the bomb!

MeMo Takes Ana Maria Island

The property was perfect for our family! The property was well-maintained and as described. The home had plenty to do without leaving the premises! Corn hole, tiki bar, swim up bar, hot tub and outdoor living area made this it’s very own resort. The shuttle runs in front of the home and will take you around the island with ease. Beautiful spot happy that we got to discover Ana Maria Island.

We moved to Anna Maria in 2011 because we fell in love with the beautiful island. My sister and her family of 6 moved here in 2008, and we vacationed here so often to visit with them that we just decided to make the move. Unfortunately for us we had to move back to Ohio for my wife to finish her degree and for my business (for now).

Why they chose this property

The pool/ hot tub is truly one of the best on the island! New synchronized LED color changing lights (3 in all). Color options of your choice. The electric golf cart is great, stops on a dime, and tops out at 19 MPH. The house is a fun & unique mix of new/ modern and origina/ rehabbed. There is a real island feel to the place, and it is very welcoming. We love our home and hope you will as well... the place is better in person. A free island trolley stop is very convenient to the home. If you seek it privacy is great at this this home.

What makes this property unique

Outdoor and Interior updates with construction completed late August 2013!
Pool with Spa, including fun water features and spectacular lighting.
Golf Cart is included, and is allowed on certain streets of the island, and provides easy access to the beach. Our home is only three short blocks to the beach, but you may never want to leave the private pool. There is a great design and flow to the home. Very nice linens (450+ thread count) are provided. Each week 14 clean white towels and washcloths are provided. 10+ Beach towels, 4+ beach chairs, and beach umbrellas are there for your group as well. All the amenities are there for you to feel right at home. The spacious patio has plenty of outdoor seating and includes a gas grill. Three sun loungers sit about the pool and a there is a hammock chair for fun.
