Welcome to our beach house!
Our beach house has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings in the living room and kitchen area and lots of windows to give it an open airy feel.

There are Paddle fans in every room and Central A/C. We have a fully stocked kitchen with custom built farm table, stainless steel appliances, convection oven, fridge with ice maker, coffee pot, microwave, blender, and toaster over.
There is a full bath, half bath and a custom painted outdoor shower.
65inch Ultra HD TV w/ DVR, Netflix streaming, and cable TV in the living room. WiFi.
3 bedrooms.... 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the lower bunk and twin upper and a single twin.
First floor game room with Ping Pong, Foos Ball, Shuffle Board, Cocktail Table Arcade(w/ over 500 games) and Pool Table. We have Beach Chairs, Bikes, Helmets, Beach Cart, Umbrellas, Boogie Boards, and sand toys.
Huge wrap around deck with plenty of seating and a cantilever umbrella, motorized awning and Weber E310 for grilling and relaxing. Private back yard with wooden swing and chair swing.
During the summer we rent from Friday to Friday to beat the Saturday traffic. This gives you a full weekend to enjoy the beach and a full weekend home to settle in.
Centrally located in Barnegat light, we are one block to the life guarded beach and a block from the bay. Barnegat Light offers recreational opportunities including concerts, tennis, boat rentals, lots of great cruses including, sunset, and dinner to name a few and a dog park, all within walking distance. as well as miles of uncrowded pristine sandy white beaches.
Viking Village for shopping, fresh seafood, and coffee is a couple blocks away. The Marina is right at the end of our street for fishing boats and daily cruises.

Perfect Vacation House

We absolutely loved staying at Nick and Jill’s beach house. No detail was missed....everything and anything we could need or want was in this house: fully stocked kitchen, bikes, games, game room, beach badges! Exactly what we wanted for a family vacation with our grandsons and son and daughter-in-law Loved the bay for the little guys, beach for us gals, biking for the men. And Sunrises sunsets and ice cream for all! Outstanding Family Beach Vacation Spot

This house is located in the Barnegat Light section of LBI, which has become our family's favorite Jersey Shore destination because it is a relatively quiet town at the end of the island with no through traffic or crowds at the beach. The house is all updated and clean with newer everything, like flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, TV, central AC, etc. Everything in the house seems updated and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need for preparing and serving meals. Really nice Weber grill, huge wrap around deck with plenty of outdoor seating, outdoor dining table, fire table, and retractable awning. The game room on the first floor was a big hit with our teens and the adults. And the house provides everything you need for the beach, like beach badges, umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys for smaller kids, beach carts, a couple coolers, etc., which really saved space in our minivan on the way to and from vacation. 5 stars!

Super clean house with awesome open floor plan and awesome location!

This newly renovated house in Barnegat light was the perfect rental! The house exceeded our expectations. It was even nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed the open floor plan, the comfortable furniture, and the attention to details (outlets every where and USB ports to charge electronics). The location was one of its best features. Having Whites Market next door was such a blessing! They had anything you could possibly need including the most amazing crumb cake! Having the bikes included in the rental saved my family of 6 a lot of money. We biked every morning 2 blocks to Viking Village (on the bay) and enjoyed a cup of coffee at How You Brewin. Plenty of places there to sit outside and relax. We even got to watch a Scallop boat come into the marina and unload. Beach access was a short walk down the block. Very easy to cross the main road because there is such little traffic on that end of the island. It’s obvious that Nick & Jill set this house up for the comforts of home and for the sole purpose of making their renters vacation a success. The garage turned game room was brilliant and much appreciated! Can’t wait to rent here again! Thank you Nick and Jill for a memorable family vacation. 😁

Getting it right in Barnegat Light!

This house is perfectly situated between the beach and the bay, the wraparound deck allows you to chase the sun (or the shade) all day, inside you’ll find everything you need (and more) to have a fabulous time! Super clean, super comfy, great WiFi/ cable/ chargers everywhere, grill is bangin, game room and laundry all top notch, bikes in great shape, all the beach gear you’ll need on premises, outdoor shower a big plus. Truly home away from home. We loved it here and hope to be back soon!

Great Barnegat Light getaway!

This was an awesome week away for our family! This house was so well equipped, clean and cute! Just the right amount of space and so much to do, in the house or around it. Very easy to communicate with the homeowners and the whole process from booking to arrival to checkout was crystal clear. You can take a short walk to the bay or beach, a quick bike to Viking Village for coffee, or a medium bike to the lighthouse. You also don't need to ever leave and just relax on the porch or play games in the super-amazing game room. We hope to come here again, what a great house!

Wonderful accommodations!

Nick and Jill are great hosts and the house is just perfect for a family get away. Special touches abound, including a full game room, bikes, and all the beach equipment needed for a memorable trip. Great location

The property was well located and a good match for our family of four. The local beach is beautiful! It was wonderful that this property is dog friendly. My boys 10 and 12 appreciated the basement game room as well. There was a small local bodega/grocery next door and that was also super convenient for essentials and heroes. Communication with the owner was smooth and I received a rapid response when needed. I mostly grilled and ordered in a few times from local restaurants.

Great House that Allows Dogs in Barnegat Light!!!

Awesome!

This is a wonderful home with everything you could possibly want! Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could want! It has an added bonus of a game room in the garage with ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, and more! Love it!

Great home in a wonderful location in Barnegat Light!

We have vacationed in LBI for the past decade in Surf City. This year, we decided to try Barnegat Light at the northern end of the island and we loved the area and especially this home. The homeowners thought of pretty much everything to make our stay comfortable. The home is very clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. One of the wonderful features is the game room in the basement/garage. This area is finished with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball and shuffleboard tables. The bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas were also a great touch. Our dog especially liked to lounge in the sun on the wrap-around deck. This home is next to White's market, which is convenient and is located about a mile from the lighthouse. We can't say enough good things about this pet friendly home!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this house! It has everything you could want and more! The home is beautifully decorated with a beachy decor. It is very comfortable, warm and inviting! There is a huge TV and an incredible game room in the garage for entertainment. There is a great wrap around deck with a table and umbrella, lounge chairs and additional chairs, a grill and even fresh herbs growing, too. There is a bay view from the deck. In the backyard is a nice grassy area with a swing. Plenty of beach badges are included along with bikes for your use and beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect! Next door is a small Mom and Pop grocery store. Great restaurants are within walking distance and so is the lighthouse. The bay beach and ocean beaches are walkable as well. A great place to stay!!! We hope to rent again next year and possibly many years to come!

Careful thought to guest comfort in a lovely setting.

We were very lucky to be the first renters at Nick and Jill's beach house. From the moment we walked in the door we were pleased and surprised at how clean and well thought-out the home is. It is very clear Nick and Jill put much planning and care into the comfort of their guests. Not once during our stay did we want for anything from beach gear to phone chargers. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware, honestly some items are nicer than what I have at home. The furnishings, decorations and appliances are all good quality, not at all what one would usually expect from a rental. The location is lovely with a coffee spot and a seafood takeout both within walking distance on the bay side, we loved watching the boats; and the typical enjoyable LBI beach atmosphere on the beach side. One caution to those with children is the walk through the dunes to the beach is quiet long. Luckily I brought my hefty jogging stroller for my little one but if I had brought a less agile stroller the hike would have been a pickle. In the long run it didn't bother us much, we all just thought of the hike as a way to work off the beer and food indulgences. LBI is covered in rentals, many larger and more impressive, however if I had to do it again I would choose Nick and Jill's Barnegate beach house. Never have we ever had a vacation rental that felt as home as Nick and Jill's. Nicole
