Just a few blocks from the all the action in the heart of downtown St Pete near parks, restaurants, shops, gyms, the St. Pete Pier, downtown and the Bay all an easy walk away. Equipped with everything you need for a short term or long term stay - an office desk, fast wifi, shared coin-operated laundry on premises and same day wash/dry/fold laundry nearby and a fully stocked kitchen.

Our units are in a no flood zone and have never had flood and wind damage. we have never be evacuated - flood safe with safe parking.

The property was perfect for our needs, and the host was communicative. It took a little time to find where we were supposed to park, and I wish the bathroom door had some kind of latch to keep it securely closed, but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Saint Pete rental! Both beds were incredibly comfortable, which made resting after long days so easy. The entire place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a welcoming vibe the moment we walked in. It was also thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities we needed to feel right at home.Everything about our stay was convenient, cozy, and well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again!
