Charming 1-bedroom guesthouse in desirable Ojai close to town with private yard
Unwind in Ojai at this lovely private guesthouse which is a half mile walk to the heart of Ojai. This wonderful property features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a pleasant living room with an additional couch/queen bed and TV. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials. Guests can enjoy the excellent amenities such as a large private yard, being walking distance to town, AC and heating throughout, and more. Our guesthouse is equipped for a 1 month stay to make your holiday one to remember. There is a functional kitchen with refrigerator, stove and Keurig coffeemaker. Pets are permitted on a case by case basis with an additional fee and damage deposit. A ping-pong table is available in the yard for your enjoyment. 30 day minimum stay as required by The City of Ojai. We request tenants to sign a lease for the requested term and be verified through a third party such as Apply Connect prior to approval for rental of 30 days or more. Thank you.

I have lived in Ojai for 30 years. I love hiking the local trails, eating at the local restaurants, going into the farmers markets and listen to music at the local establishments. I enjoy being a host so that I can share our beautiful town of Ojai with guest from out of town.

I love this neighborhood because it is walking distance to the heart of Ojai, hiking trails, restaurants, and has Mountain views.l. All the electric and cable lines are located underground which gives you a better view of the mountains. The neighborhood has sidewalks and street lights so that you can walk in the evenings around the neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
The guest house has been newly renovated and painted and is very clean. The property also has air conditioning in each room and a private yard with a ping-pong tablefor your enjoyment..
