Perfect apartment for our stay in the Williamsburg area. Convenient location and the hosts were communicative before and during our stay. Some nice little touches - hot cocoa bar and popcorn for snacking.

Rosi's apartment was very cute and cozy. She left us some fun treats, the beds were very comfortable and the air fryer and coffee maker were easy to use. It was close to colonial Williamsburg for lots of fun activities. Highly recommend!

5 stars! The house was clean and organized! We had everything we needed! The home was Nice Cozy and I almost didn’t want to leave! The host was AMAZING. Very responsive and accommodating! We will stay here again. Loved it!

My mom, my labradoodle, and I had a great time in Williamsburg for our family reunion. The place was exactly as expected and was very clean. Parking was easy and the host was wonderful as was her family. Very nice people and really helpful with suggestions when asked. Looking forward to staying there again when I come back to the area.

I can't stress enough.How much communication with the host is critical. This host went above and beyond every expectation.And this was my first experience using this company. I would highly recommend this specific property. Anytime you are in the Williamsburg VA area, if you're looking for something off the beaten track, clean and newer construction, you can't go wrong using this property. From the moment I arrived at the property, I was impressed. The house was very appealing, with great parking and clear instructions on where to park. Accessing the property was easy and convenient.As soon as I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how beautiful and clean the wood floors were. My immediate thought was, "Wow, these floors are really nice!" The entire home was spotless and very well maintained.The living room was cozy, comfortable, and flowed perfectly into the kitchen. The kitchen itself was beautiful, with a great layout and design. I especially appreciated that the pots, pans, silverware, plates, and glasses all looked new, clean, and well cared for.One thing I absolutely loved was the attention to detail. Cleaning supplies were easily accessible, which was a huge plus for me. Having access to a washer and dryer was amazing, and they appeared to be brand new. The linen closet was well stocked and included essentials like a broom and other helpful items.The bathroom was clean and spacious, featuring two sinks and thoughtful extras such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other necessities in case guests forgot something.The bedrooms were beautifully arranged, clean, comfortable, and inviting. The entire home had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly made me feel at home.The host was wonderful and made sure to check in and ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. That level of hospitality made the experience even better. Thank you
