Robert and Mary Beth were just amazing hosts. I feel like we are friends for life. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they responded immediately and had the technician out quickly. They checked on us and were so kind. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely rent again! Best OBX vacation ever!

The house and the location could not have been more perfect. Our family of 13 fit perfectly and the elevator allowed my 85yr old MIL to vacation with us. The short distance to the beach boardwalk and our golf cart allowed us to load up and get out on the beach easily. The culdesac was perfect for our granddaughters’ bike riding during slower traffic times. Now we have memories with 4 generations that will last a lifetime! Our hostess, MaryBeth, was very genuinely nice and responsive to even the most simple questions. I could go on and on, but will just say “You wil not find better!!!!” The Mills family will definitely be back!

Owner was on top of everything, had an issue with both the a/c and WiFi.....both were handled immediately. Property was beautiful, great pool and hot tub, and the beach access was great. I'd recommend this house to large families and we will definitely be booking again.

My family and I stayed the week of June 16th 2026. The host was amazing at keeping in touch even sending cool things to do down there such as live music when she seen stuff pop up and everything. The house was even better in person. All the rooms were very nice size the beds are all very comfortable. The pool was clean hot tub was clean and there was so much space for us all. The hosts were very accommodating and the walk to the beach was very short and easy. The pier had live music evening we were down there and we enjoyed that too. We will for sure be back. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home.
