A pet-friendly 1950s cottage with retro charm in one of Tyler's most beloved historic neighborhoods. Minutes from UT Health, CHRISTUS, downtown Tyler, and the Rose Garden. Everything you need is close, but the neighborhood feels tucked away.

Brew some fresh coffee and sip it on our quiet front porch. Experience the retro decor, diner touches, and a popcorn machine in the kitchen. Inspired by Gilmore Girls, we've made sure that there are plenty of coffee mugs, books, and board games.

All three bedrooms have their own personalities. The fenced backyard is perfect for pets. You'll find a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and a dedicated workspace when you need it. Free parking on site.

We loved the location, and had everything we needed. There was a smell in the bedroom with the two twin beds that we didn't care for, and a bunch of cob webs in the 2nd bedroom closet that my daughter had to contend with, but all in all we had a nice stay. We really did loved the location.

Loved our stay in Tyler, the cottage was in the best location, close to many restaurants and shopping. We brought our bikes for riding, couldn't pass up all the bike trails! After our day of eating lot of good food and exploring the trails, the cottage was so comfortable, clean and well stocked for us to rest. OH!! LOVED your Kenmore 70 series washer, I hope I can find one for myself one day!

Hannah was quick to respond and help! The house is cute! The beds are firm and comfortable. Love the antique creak of the floors. Feels spacious and open. Blackout curtains were clutch. Lots of natural sunlight, shady trees and privacy. Pet friendly with a spacious enclosed backyard.
