This place was very clean, conveniently located, beds comfy, pictures and descriptions are accurate and the game room upstairs was a hit for my teen kids even though the poolsticks were already broken when we got there they made the best of it and we all enjoyed our stay.
Home has pleasant curb appeal. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to express way and shopping.
We would , however, suggest that the mattress in the second guest room be replaced with one that is less hard and a waste basket be added in the master bath. The dinnerware was sparse but adequate.
My husband and I with our adult children and grand babies drove in from South Carolina for a family event. The house was spacious and very clean. The neighborhood was located near everything you would need and very close to I95. I would highly recommend this house plus the price for the rental was worth every penny.

For 310/night I expected more. Fans don’t work, plastic blinds that don’t open or close properly. Toilet in MBA didn’t flush so my husband had to manually do it all the time. The A/C constantly ran on whatever it wanted, woke up Saturday morning and it was 65*, even though it was set for 68*, had to keep the lanai door open all morning for it to warm up and Sunday morning my son turned on the heat. No real comforters, only those thin quilt like coverlets. No waste basket in guest bathroom, no blow dryer or toaster in the house. No access to the garage, no idea where the trash would’ve gone if we stayed more than two nights. Pots and pans are old and gross. The door access code is like 11 characters long so had to pull out my phone every time we came and went. Lanai is old, rusty, gross furniture and doors are uneven so constantly have the gecko type lizards on the lanai. Pool sticks are taped together, MBR closet doors come off the track all the time. The AC wouldn’t turn off, but it was luke warm shower water with bad water pressure and mold/mildew in the shower. No towels in the MBA, have to go to the hall closet on the other side to get towels. Only one small towel rack in the MBA. I could probably go on and on about all these things that added up to a bad experience for 310/night. In defense of the rental company, they did say to text if we needed anything, but we were there for less than 48 hours for a lacrosse tourney and it was nothing major, so we didn’t reach out.

Terrible experience
This property was not cleaned at all, bed sheets were off beds, trash in kitchen, dirty towels on bathroom floor, etc... we had to find a different property.
The house was great and very clean. The only problem I had was I could not park our trailer on the property. Which would not have been a problem but it is not mentioned anywhere in the add. I only found this out after I reserved the house which has no cancellation policy. It cost me 250 to store my trailer 5 days due to what I see as false advertising.
