We love staying in this area but we were disappointed with the check in process and the cleanliness of the unit we rented during this most recent visit.

We got everything we wanted from this. Our first night we got to watch a storm on the shore. The next day plenty of shells to take home and the final morning there were dolphins in the waves.

Just the place we needed!

The view was spectacular! The place was large and very clean. We loved the area felt very safe and upscale.The only thing we didn’t love was the rocks located on the seashore. We didn’t know that it was located on a reef, so the sand itself is a mixture of sand and shells. The second day we drove down and went to Crescent Beach and it was gorgeous and not far to drive at all the sand there was very soft. At our complex, the swimming pool was beautiful. One day, we went into Saint Augustine, which was a complete treat. The old town historical part felt like you were walking through a Disney village. Our favorite place to eat was located in Saint Augustine called Saint Augustine Fish Camp. Great seafood and view of the water there.

Nice place mostly clean but completely unsecured.

Nice place. Unfortunately the lock on the condo malfunctioned the entire time. We could never secure it. Ended up having to take all valuables anytime we left and at night put things in front of the door since the lock wasn’t working. Property management was not helpful wasted vacation waiting on someone to come look at it twice. Finally gave up. Also, need to check under every piece of furniture. Got a surprise old plate of food from under the sideboard. Please clean the AC the dust blowing out of the system of the ceiling there are dust bunnies and on the door of the handler. Beach access was great. Only saving grace is the guarded gate access to the community, but this area has a lot of rentals… Moving forward, won’t use a vasca property.
