Welcome to your Santa Cruz getaway — a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home just steps from Twin Lakes State Beach, one of the best family beaches in all of Santa Cruz.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 and is ideal for family reunions, group trips, or multi-family vacations. The fully updated kitchen is stocked with everything you need for full meals — quality cookware, appliances, and plenty of counter space. The large dining table seats the whole group, or you can eat outside on the oversized deck, a guest favorite for evening dinners.

When the weather turns cool, gather by the fireplace in the living room. There's a collection of board games and puzzles for downtime, plus an upstairs family area that gives groups room to spread out. A dedicated workspace with fast internet is available for anyone working remotely.

The enclosed backyard is great for kids and dogs alike (dogs under 20 lbs welcome, limit 2). A warm outdoor shower is ready for you after beach days.
You're within walking distance of Twin Lakes Beach, Sunny Cove Beach, the Santa Cruz Harbor, and local cafes. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is less than 2 miles away. Free off street parking is included.

The house and location were great. The house was so beautiful and every room felt like it had a wonderful touch - perfect for families. Our favorite spot to hangout was in front of the fireplace watching movies. Wonderful kitchen as well with everything you need to cook or bake. Small in-law was also great. Internet speed was fantastic.

Our group of 8 chose Santa Cruz for our annual friendship reunion destination this year, and we all decided this may be the best vacation home we have stayed in. The location and quiet neighborhood are great! It’s an easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to all attractions we wanted to visit in the area. Our host Josh was very responsive to my questions prior to our arrival and his property manager was available and helpful as well during our stay. We had everything we needed and then some. Great house for a few families

We had a reunion of 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids from 7-11) and this house worked out great for us. We loved having the large deck area for meals and the two separate living rooms. The beach was just a block away and we walked down to watch the sunset. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Josh's house in Santa Cruz! There was plenty of space and amenities for our group of friends to comfortably stay for a couple of nights! Josh's communication was on point and the house was exactly as described (and thank you for the tasty welcome pastries!)The only inconvenience was that the first day it was somewhat warm since there didn't seem to be central A/C, but it cooled down by the evening after opening some windows!Overall, highly recommended for a larger group!

It was a wonderful stay. Located a block from the beach, the family enjoyed the short walk to fun in the sun. The facility was very clean and spacious.
