Enjoy a spacious open-concept kitchen/living area, large grassy front yard, and an outdoor oasis with a fire pit for the cooler months, stock-tank pool available in the summer, and sunsets under a giant oak tree.

Just 5 min from historic downtown Coarsegold, 25 min from BASS LAKE, and 40 min to YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK!

The Space:
Great home for your Yosemite or other California adventures! Sprawl out in the open concept living area with friends & family. Unwind after a long day of activities or spend the day at the house enjoying the outdoor amenities and exploring the peaceful 20+ acre ranch.

✧ Living Room ✧
The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a comfy sectional couch where you can cozy up with a book while enjoying the large windows and expansive views. Take advantage of the charming french doors that open up to the backyard for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

✧ Outdoor Spaces (2) ✧
The backyard is the star of the show! It is fully fenced and features a large swinging daybed, a four-burner grill, a fire pit (please bring your own firewood), a stock tank pool (available April-September), and twinkly string lights. Take in the sweeping views and catch a glimpse of the many wildlife friends that visit the ranch!

✧ Kitchen and Dining ✧
Inside the retro-style kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook dinner with friends and family! There are small appliances including a Keurig, toaster, kettle, microwave, and blender.

✧ Bedrooms (3) ✧
The home is furnished with full and queen size beds, a floor mattress, and a crib. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a closet with plenty of storage space.

The two charming bathrooms are fully stocked - unwind after a long day by taking a relaxing bath in the clawfoot tub!
