Perfectly fit our needs to explore the Black Hills. Nice and centrally located in terms of being able to get everywhere easily and allowed for perfect routes to start and finish the day in a nice loop.
Our family has stayed here in the past and always enjoy our time. We loved the access to downtown, bike trails and short drive to Custer State Park. The location is clean, has everything you need for wash, cooking, and lounging as well as enjoying the town of Custer.
Clean. Great location. Great communication. Spacious. Comfy beds. Equipped kitchen. Walkable to downtown. Close to Mickelson Bike trail. We liked Custer as our base to explore the black hills. We had a great time.
My wife and I have been the Black Hills area 6 times and this was the best place we've stayed yet. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised.
Quiet and very comfortable space.
Location is perfect! Walking distance to downtown, groceries and Custer State Park. Our pup enjoyed his stay as much as
we did.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hosts were excellent to work with, the location was fantastic, and the house was very clean and as advertised. We would stay here again.
My husband and I stayed here with another couple and the house was perfect for us. Everything was as in the listing and the hosts were very responsive when we had a question. Walked to dinner every night and were close to all the attractions of the Black Hills.
Had a great stay with our family of 5. Great location for easy access to many Black Hills adventures. Loved being such a short drive to Custer State Park. Best of all could walk into Custer for meals and shopping and did not have to worry about parking. Thanks for a great place to relax during our vacation.
Nice place overall, perfect for 2 couples, and very nice to be able to walk downtown! Lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms could be brighter. Adding some sort of cabinet in the bathrooms would make it easier to get ready since there are pedestal sinks. Definitely not a deal breaker though! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.
We loved the house. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great! We could walk to downtown in the evenings. Even though it’s a duplex we never heard noise coming from the guests on the other side. I would definitely stay here again.
Darin is a Custer local and Caitlin recently moved to the area to enjoy the mild weather and endless local amenities.
