Relaxing Family Home for Enjoyment with own Private Pool and Entrance.


This beautiful two storey home, ideally located is available for use. Open plan living on one level with beautiful hinterland views just a walking distance to Noosa Junction, Hastings St, Beach and National Park.

There are three bedrooms with 1 King Bed ,1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Bed with quality bed linen. All bedrooms have Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Remote Blinds and Wardrobes with hangers and a Walk in Robe in the Main Bedroom.

There are two Bathrooms,(no bath) with additional powder room on living level and a hot and cold shower outside. High quality bath towels and beach towels are provided.

Use of all amenities There is a fully equipped Kitchen with an Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Pod Coffee Machine and Ultra Bullet Blender. An array of cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery.

The Laundry consists of a Front Loader Washing Machine, Dryer, Drying rack, Outdoor Clothes Line,
Iron and Ironing Board.

There is an Electric BBQ on the front balcony. This is to be cleaned by guests when it has been used.

There is a locked Double Garage with remote controlled door.

An amazing private heated pool with large umbrella
and outdoor furniture with three entertaining areas that have outdoor furniture to sit in relax and chat.

The property was fairly dirty and smelled of stale moisture.Needed to contact the host on the day of check in due to not receiving any check in instructions.Upon contact was advised of a recent flood at property and the main TV not being operational The host was good and arranged a TV replacement during our stay.Some of the bedding linen was stained and required us to wash it (appeared to be makeup)Overall ok stay

I stayed in this house with four other friends, and it suited us perfectly. Communication with the host was excellent—super clear and very quick to respond. The location was perfect: just an 8-minute walk to the bus stop, 5 minutes to Noosa Junction, and 10–15 minutes to Hastings Street and the beach. The house itself was incredibly well set up. Everything from the keys and doors to the washing machine was clearly labeled with super helpful instructions, which made settling in a breeze. The air conditioning and fans worked really well, keeping the house comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials plus some basic food and ingredients. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and came with some fun pool toys and boogie boards, which we loved. Check-in and check-out were easy and stress-free. We would 100% recommend this property and would love to stay again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was gorgeous, the pool was just the right temperature & the secure garage for the rental car was a relief during a storm.Having the balcony doors open allowed a lovely breeze through the living areas.The house felt so warm and homely so we had the relaxing time that we'd been looking forward to.Shops, cafes and restaurants were just down the street with so many things to do just a short drive away.Jan had provided more than we had expected but the attention to detail with all the appliance manuals was really helpful.We can absolutely recommend a stay at this property!

Fantastic accommodation in a fantastic location. Close to all the locations you would want to see and visit while holidaying in Noosa, and peaceful enough to enjoy some tranquil quiet time. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Delightful retreat in Noosa

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house, it was both comfortable and stylish, conveniently located for the Noosa Junction shops and eateries (less than 5 minutes' walk) and about 20 minutes walk to Noosa Heads and Hastings St. Great pool. Perfect Noosa Getaway

This is our second stay at this property and already plan to return. Very well built, well decorated & well equipped house, great pool for the kids, private parking, close to a great shopping strip with plenty of bars and eating options. Highly recommend for a family.

Beautiful house with a pool perfect for relaxing. Really quick drive to Hastings Street. Loved how the host left us a bottle of wine on arrival as we were there to celebrate my 40th birthday! We really appreciated the stock of toilet paper, soap, dishwashing tablets, detergent, cling wrap etc which meant we never felt those, “argh we don’t have this” moments.

Had a lovely stay with our littlies and in-laws. Great house with everything you need and perfect location close to the junction. Beautiful pool and outdoor area - just need to take care around the pool as there are a number of steep steps which can be quite tricky for little ones.

Jan was so lovely. Check in & out was easy. The outdoor areas are such a nice space to relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. The heated pool is such a bonus! Walking distance to nice cafes and Hastings Street. The parking isn’t ideal for larger cars (better for smaller cars) but still made it work, plus there was more street parking available.

Fantastic family retreat in great location

Very clean and well appointed house with everything you need for a family. Clearly a holi day home for an extended family with plenty of china and cooking utensils. 15/20 minute walk to Hastings Street and 5m from Coles and several good restaurants. Highly recommended.

The Beach, the National Park Walks, the Noosa River, Hastings St with the Shops and numerous Cafes providing all sorts of cuisines. Also don't forget the best market I have ever been to at Eumundi. So if you have a chance to come I hope you will fall in love with Noosa just as I have.

I think this property ticks all the boxes. It has great living areas indoor and out. It is modern, spacious and has lovely hinterland views. There is a private pool that is bathed in sunlight for most of the day. It is close to the National Park and the numerous walking tracks. It is also close to the beach shopping and cinemas.

This home has a lovely appeal - great outlook out the front concertina doors from living area and overlooking your own private pool at the back with lots of different spaces to escape to.
