About this property
Historic Cabin with Modern Amenities and Pond Views in Claxton, Georgia
Built of heart pine circa 1840, our historic 6 room log cabin has lots of charm plus modern comforts.
With its beautiful antique wood interior, porch, dock, firepit, treehouse & walking trails, no wonder the cabin and farm are often featured in magazines, movies, & photoshoots.
For years we've privately hosted artists, writers, and musician friends who loved the cozy cabin and our farm, now we're offering to share it with you.
The location is rural & safe.
Close to Statesboro, GSU, & I-16, and Savannah.
Enjoy the simple life in the calming surroundings of this magnificent historic cabin and farm where nature abounds. Sip your morning coffee in the tree house, or feed the fish on the dock of our stocked pond (sorry no fishing allowed).
Our authentic log cabin circa 1840 is nestled among huge long leaf pines overlooking a pond running behind the cabin. This cabin features a covered back porch with rocking chairs - the perfect place to spend the afternoon.
Amenities include a stocked kitchenette, living room area, one and half bathrooms, two bedrooms with queen beds, dining room, work area, and a private BBQ gas grill.
We provide pristine lux bed linens, goose down pillows; the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Our bathrooms also have tissue, shampoo, conditioner, fluffy large towels and washcloths.
Although we are new to glamping hub we are a 5 star host on another well know hosting platform with hundreds of glowing reviews.
There are long and short walking trails on the timber farm, and a fire pit area.
WE ONLY ALLOW 2 PEOPLE TO STAY IN THIS CABIN AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 18 AND ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!
