The space

Designed for groups who need room to breathe, this villa accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms with seven beds and 5.5 bathrooms. Interiors open outward - floor-to-ceiling openings pull the outside in, and living areas flow naturally from room to room, all oriented toward the sea. Whether your group fills every corner or simply wants space to spread out, the layout gives everyone room to settle into their own.

 

Outdoor living

A large private pool anchors the outdoor area - long enough to swim properly, unhurried enough to float through the afternoon. Beyond it, Calablanca's private beach stretches 167 metres long by 37 metres wide, lined with sunbeds, oversized cushions, and Bali-style cabanas built for days of deliberate stillness. Outdoor showers and a spacious patio round out the setting. A 60-metre dock extends from the property and accommodates boats up to 60 feet.

 

Wellness and recreation

The shared amenities at Calablanca Residences give the stay real range. The spa features separate entrances, jacuzzis, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins - ideal for unwinding after a day on the water. The gym is equipped with cardio machines, weights, and pilates equipment. For something more social, the game room offers a pool table, foosball, ping-pong, and a TV. Whatever pace your group prefers, there's something here to match it.

 

Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook from scratch or keep things simple - stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster, along with cooking basics and dishes. A BBQ grill is available for evenings spent outdoors. Between meals, local activities are easily arranged: scuba diving, snorkeling, yacht charters, and bike tours are all within reach through local contacts.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across seven beds. Bed linens, essentials, and hangers are provided throughout.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer, dryer, TV, and iron are all included. Towels, bed sheets, body soap, and toilet paper are provided. Free parking is available on the premises, and a private entrance gives independent, easy access throughout your stay.

 

Good to know

Self check-in is available, and building staff are on hand 24 hours a day. Pets are welcome, and the villa is well suited to long stays of 28 days or more. Please note there is no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector on the property. Hair dryer, shampoo, and heating are not available.
