The apartment was even better in person than the pics! I loved the balcony overlooking the pool and courthouse. The host was very helpful and responsive when I asked questions. Loved my stay and recommend for sure!

Would highly recommend this property! It was a perfect location. The farmers market was right across the street. The apartment was very clean and Oscar was on top of everything. We had an issue with the leasing office being closed and couldn’t get it but Oscar was very quick to help get us in. Would for sure stay here again!

The location was top tier, from being right across from the French market to just minutes to the galleria and restaurants. The apartment was clean and very inviting. The only thing i wish was different, maybe consider adding blackout curtains to the bedroom window. Also the space is pet friendly so you may hear a dog every now and then. Definitely staying again.

We have a strict No parties or events at our property. When guests don't follow the rules we have no choice but to send an up-charge for breaking the rules. We allow a few guests, however we don't allow parties to be thrown at our property. Thank you for your feedback.

Guest never stayed. Guest checked in and then message saying they didn't want to stay because of a smell and threatened to leave a 1 star review if we didn't give a full refund even though they were past the refund window period. We refunded the full amount except for the Vrbo fees. Went to check the apartment and nothing was a miss no smell. Guest wouldn't cancel their stay so that we could rent to someone else. Therefore we lost a weekend. Would never allow this guest to book again.
