Welcome to Sunnyside! This stylish and bright 2BR/1BA ADU has everything you need whether you'll be spending your time in the city or as a base camp for mountain excursions.

Come stay in this newly built property that balances style and comfort. This is an above garage ADU. You will need to climb a flight of stairs to enter the space.

2 bedrooms, 1 bath: Each bedroom features a queen size bed with high quality mattresses, pillows, and linens. Queen size air mattress in property if wanting to accommodate more than 4 people.

The primary bedroom also has a TV, stand up desk and extra monitor to make working at the place comfortable and productive.

Bright & Open Layout: The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together seamlessly to make the most of the space.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need whether it's a simple cup of coffee or a thanksgiving feast! Coffee machine also can do lattes, cold brew, and other barista level drinks.

Bathroom: Tub shower and double vanity offer flexibility and keep the bathroom from feeling too cramped.

Laundry Room: High efficiency washer and dryer is available for use. Laundry detergent pods are provided as well.

Living Room: We have several games, a smart TV and some records to make the most of a night in.

Family Friendly: We also have a pack and play, high chair, crib, bouncy chair, and other baby friendly toys/amenities available at no extra charge. Just let us know in advance what you need.

We take pride in having everything you could possibly need/want and not being one of those VRBOs with the absolute bare minimum!

Everything was perfect, Kevin was very responsive. He even went out of the way when we asked if they had any pie pans, he went an be purchased the and had them there when we arrived. Will definitely stay there again.
