AMAZING
This home is amazing. It is beautiful and very clean. The location is great. There’s a grocery store right down the road. Would recommend to stay here if you’re looking for a place in Delaware.

Perfect stay
My husband and I stayed in this well appointed home for three months while looking for our new home in Delaware. The. house had everything we needed to be comfortable. Stephanie was attentive and always available if needed. We wud highly recommend this home for any length of time.

Such a beautiful property and community. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt like home! The location is perfect as I was working in different clinics. It is close to everything but not noisy. Stephanie was very responsive to our questions and needs. Would definitely want to rent this place again!

Why they chose this property
The Bayberry South community is geared to active adults (55+) but people of all ages are welcomed. Everyone is friendly and warm and the grounds are clean and well maintained. You will meet neighbors walking the dog or playing with grandchildren. The community is diverse with residents from many surrounding states representing many ethnic and cultural groups and situated in the centrally located MOT Commuter Haven corridor. We felt right at home and you will, too!
