Welcome to your riverside retreat — a contemporary haven of beauty, comfort, and tranquility overlooking the majestic Chesapeake’s Elk River. Here, you’ll enjoy boating, fishing, crabbing, and playful days on the water, all framed by some of the most spectacular sunsets you’ll ever see.

Bedrooms & Baths

This home offers three inviting bedrooms:

Main floor master suite (King) with private balcony, smart TV, walk-in closet, spa-like en-suite bath featuring double vessel sinks, a two-person shower, and a jacuzzi soaking tub.

Two upstairs bedrooms (Queens) on the third level share a full bath and open to a spacious upper deck — perfect for star-gazing with a glass of wine or simply soaking in sweeping river views.

A convenient half-bath and washer/dryer are located on the main floor.

Living Spaces

The open-concept main floor features a comfortable living room with a 65” smart TV and surround sound system, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining area designed for gathering.

Step outside onto the covered deck, furnished with a sofa, loveseat, and swivel chairs for six, plus casual dining for six more under the shade sail. Whether you’re enjoying a family meal or watching the sunset, this outdoor space is made for relaxation.

The backyard offers a private fenced area with:

Picnic table for crabs or casual meals

Fire pit for evenings under the stars

Bulkhead steps leading into the water — perfect for launching the provided kayaks or floating tubes (beach towels included seasonally)

Girls Getaway

We had a fabulous long weekend at this Endless water views property. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and the property had everything that you could possibly need. The grounds were amazing and well maintained. The host was welcoming and was available to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil setting and the kayaks that were provided. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We were delighted to find many fruit trees in the front yard and ample parking for 4 or 5 vehicles. We would definitely consider renting this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home again because the house was amazing and the host was delightful and helpful.

Waterfront serenity

My family and I thorough enjoyed our stay at this waterfront property in Elkton Maryland. The house is gorgeous, clean & equipped with everything a family would need on vacation. The location was ideal and in close proximity to many historic towns with shopping and restaurants. We spent many hours floating on the water in our floaties at the house and Elk Neck Park. The owner Cindy was very attentive and responsive to any questions about the area or property. Cindy’s house is beautiful and very comortable. Thank you Cindy for everything to ensure our vacation was fun and relaxing!

Wow…. What can I say…this place was amazing! I felt like I was in a luxury spa resort. The appliances, decorations, furniture…..all quality and beautifully placed for comfort. Nothing is missing from games to shower steamers. The home is very clean and cozy. The location on the water with the covered decks….. you couldn’t ask for better. And then on top of all of that…..Cindy is spectacular….excellent service and communication. She has thought of everything and found ways to still provide more. We WILL be back.

Amazing home, amazing location

I can’t say enough about this home! It truly feels like a home - well cared for and with all the amenities. We have rented many properties over the years and Cindy’s home is the nicest. So many properties say that they have a fully stocked kitchen and have fallen short. That was not the case here. Every pot, pan, utensil, storage container, seasoning, measuring cup or spoon that I reached for was there!! Cindy is also a wonderful communicator who answered any and all questions without hesitation and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect. Not only is it right on the water, it’s a short distance from almost any store you may need. Despite the heat and humidity during our week, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!!

Superb and Well-Equipped

This might just be the best rental property we've ever stayed in. We enjoyed Christmas weekend here with our family (2 kids) visiting with a sibling, spouse, and their dog. We were not sure how we were going to be able to cook two cozy holiday feasts outside of our own kitchens and with stores closed, but this ended up being like the "Kitchen of Requirement"... anything we ended up needing, we were able to find. We really had an amazing time whether inside the home or outside in the yard by the lake, and the owner was really responsive. What promised to be an unusual Christmas away from our own home was made really comfortable with the well-appointed kitchen, perfectly designed house, stellar views, and clean and quiet living spaces. To top it all off, Cindy's hospitality was really appreciated as she decorated the house with lights, a tree, and many other seasonal touches as she knew we (and our kids) would be celebrating the holiday in her home. We wouldn't change a thing and would love to return!

Comfortable getaway!

We stayed at this house for our son's graduation from the University of Delaware and had a wonderful getaway. The house is very comfortable and exceedingly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we might need and then some. You really do not need to bring anything with you, although we did discover that there was no dishwasher detergent. (Perhaps the owner did not realize they had run out.) Other than that, and not being able to light the large gas grill, the space was perfect for our needs. (We could have called the owner to ask about the large grill, but we just used the smaller grill on the back patio instead since that grill goes with the lower level apartment which we also rented.) We appreciated the large open main level living space including the kitchen with countertop seating for 5, dining area with seating for 6, and living room with seating for 6. We had 4 people staying in the house and 2 in the apartment, but during the day after our son's graduation, we had a total of 10 people visiting in the house, sitting around the fire pit, and enjoying lunch and dinner together. There was more than enough space for all to feel comfortable. It rained most of the time we were there, so we did not use the various decks too much. The covered deck has very comfortable furniture along with a table and chairs. We had our meals outside on that deck before it got too cold and rainy. Plenty of parking in the driveway too. I would highly recommend this property. The only caution I have is that there is a long flight of stairs that you must go up and down to get in and out of the house. You cannot access the driveway or backyard (fire pit, riverfront, etc.) without going down the stairs. If a lot of up and down stairs would present a challenge for you, then this is not the property for you.

A slice of paradise

This property did exactly what I needed it to do: restored my soul. I've had a year, to say the least, and I was looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat - and Cindy's home has both of those things in abundance. The property is stunningly beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The water views available for a variety of places on the property are soothing and plentiful, and you get the bonus of music drifting across the river from Unwined on the Water, which is directly across from the house. My dog Lola and I spent five blissful days decompressing, watching the ducks and herons, and getting rejuvenated for the long winter to come. We may need to top off our peace reservoirs in the fall, though, and this is the perfect place to do that. Just book it. You can thank me later. :)
