Why they chose this property
Warwick Hills CC is a prestigious golf community, older homes mostly developed in the 60’s. Friendly neighbors a lot of dog walkers. The community is in a park like setting with the golf course surrounding it.
What makes this property unique
The property sits right on the golf course overlooking the fifth and the 11th fairway overlooking a serene pond, very peaceful and tranquil setting. You can sit on your deck and watch the Ally golf tournament in August.
