Private Oasis: Pool, Hot Tub, Games

Jill Thank you for your thoughtful review! I'm so glad The Tree House exceeded your expectations and provided something for everyone in your group to enjoy. Whether it was the games, puzzles, outdoor activities, or simply having plenty of space to gather together, that's exactly the experience we hope every guest has. I also appreciate your kind comments about my hosting. Clear communication and guest support are very important to me, and I'm happy I could help make your stay smooth from booking through departure. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope we'll have the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay in the future.

Thank you Diane for the excellent review. It was a pleasure to host you and your family. I was so glad to hear your grandkids were enjoying the pool especially since we didn't have the greatest weather during your stay! If you and your family ever find your way back to San Antonio, I would love to host you again.

Thanks, Martina, for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad your annual ladies' trip was a hit and I'm glad the amenities and location suited your needs. I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us and thanks again for being a repeat guest. I am very disappointed to hear that there was not enough trash bags provided and trash was left from a prior guest. This does not meet my expectations and has since been addressed with my cleaning team. I do wish you would have notified me of these issues as I provide a cleanliness guarantee. If anything isn't right, or you're missing something, my cleaning team or I will be there to make it right. I am very sorry you had to deal with someone else's trash! Thanks for making me aware of this issue so other guests don't have to deal with the same issue. Thanks Again Joe

Thank you for the kind review Geoff! You got to experience some great weather here in San Antonio. Swimming in December when its 70 degrees is truly a December treat! I am glad your trip was a success and would love to be a part of your future travel plans when you visit San Antonio again. I hope you and your family have an amazing 2026!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay, Lanita! I hope you come back soon and give us a chance to host you again!

Denise-Thank you so much for the kind words and review. I am so happy you enjoyed the property and would love to host you again in the future. I am so sorry about the washcloths. We do provide washcloths for all our guests so this must have been missed by the cleaning crew prior to your arrival. I wish you would've told me so I could have corrected this issue immediately for you. That had to be annoying not having wash cloths. I am so sorry we failed you in that area. I sent a message to my cleaning team to remind them to check all the towels and wash cloths for future guests. I hope I get another chance to provide you with a perfect stay! Thanks Again Joe

Thank you so much for this incredible review! I’m truly grateful that you chose The Tree House for your family’s stay, and it means a lot to hear how much you enjoyed the home. Creating a space that feels relaxing, fun, and thoughtfully put together is something I really care about, so your comments about the renovation, décor, and small details made my day. It’s also great to know the layout, amenities, and location worked well for your whole group. Thank you for mentioning the hospitality and communication. I always want guests to feel supported and cared for throughout their stay. And I agree—Max & Louie’s is a gem! Please share my thanks with your family as well.
