This charming home has everything you and your family could want in a beach house – a friendly front porch, luxurious, beachy interiors, light-filled living space, and comfortable bedrooms. Plus, it's just a short stroll to the beach!
The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has classic, beach cottage-style architecture and offers 1,700 square feet and two stories of living space. The decor has a decidedly cool, natural beach feel, with great hardwoods, shiplap-clad walls, and blue-and-brown upholstery.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: A reverse floor plan corrals all three bedrooms on the first level, putting the open concept-style living room, kitchen, and dining area on the second floor under a soaring, vaulted ceiling. This luxury living space enjoys breezy balcony access.
Relax on the large, sectional sofa in the living room. Gather for a meal or work a puzzle on the dining table, which seats 8. The kitchen is any chef’s dream-come-true, with spice racks, utensils, and baking items provided. The kitchen’s gorgeous tile backsplash and open shelving, along with stylish seating around the kitchen island, help set this home apart.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The Primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with glass, walk-in shower and king-size bed. A second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and it shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with the darling bunkroom featuring two built-in bunks. One bunk is a twin over a queen-size bed, and the other is a twin over twin. In the Jack-and-Jill bath, the deep bathtub is perfect for bubble baths.
GREAT FEATURES: Grill out on the spacious back balcony and enjoy the Mustang Island sunsets! A half bath adds convenience off the main living space. And this great classic beach home just a block from Colby Lake and easy walking to Town Center and Dylan’s pizza parlor, Lisabella’s Bistro, and outdoor movie nights during the high season.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Sandy Paws Dog Park offers a destination for dog walkers. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

Sunset Bay is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sunset Bay the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
