In town for a wedding. Was a very clean and reasonably priced place for us to stay. Wish we would’ve had time for the pool and hot tub!

This place is exactly as advertised. Very modern/updated decor and facilities. The place was immaculately clean and the host provided many nice extras (bottled waters, snacks, etc). The hot tub was very nice! The house is situated on the host's property, about 100 yds from their home. Meaning they were available if needed, but left us to our privacy. Definitely would rent again!

Cathy and Richard made our stay for my daughter's sweet 16 an absolute delight. They had plenty of snacks and drinks for us ready to go. They pretty much have everything you could think of that you would need which is so convenient! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and even made kabobs in the outdoor kitchen. This is the perfect spot to stay if you would like to go to the Castor River Shut Ins. It is only about a 30 minute drive and you can definitely spend an entire day there. It is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be coming back ASAP! I did not want to leave! 10 stars!!

Excellent place to stay - clean, spacious, comfortable, and so many thoughtful details. We've never stayed anywhere that left us snacks and treats, and the kids (teenagers) devoured them. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The outdoor kitchen and grill was amazing and had everything we needed and more. Just a beautiful and comfortable set up out there. The couch and beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the game room and having 2 different TVs, which allowed for us to do things together and in smaller groups. We're a family of 4 traveling with our 16 and 18 year old kids, who brought their best friends with them, and everyone had a great time. The hosts are so welcoming and generous, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was such a lovely and peaceful get away! We could not recommend this place more!

This place was so perfect for our family of 6! Very cozy and plenty of space for everyone. Hosts are AMAZING - very communicative and helpful with recommendations in the area. They left us snacks and the perfect amenities for our family. The place was also very clean and well stocked with toiletries and other necessary items. Pool and spa were perfect as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We are Cathy and Richard Reichard. We have lived here for 23 years. We enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, traveling, and our outdoor pool area. We would like to share our outdoor areas with others. We have 2 dogs that love people. We have a lab/retriever mix that roams the property and a maltipoo that stays indoors.

Why they chose this property

We are in the country, 10 miles from Fredericktown. It is quiet and lots of wildlife.
We have 25 acres and 15 acres is wooded. We have squirrels, rabbits, foxes, deer, all kinds of birds and of course we have all the wildlife that can bite also. Snakes, spiders, ticks and etc. We do treat our lawn and surrounding areas for ticks. If you venture into the woods, check yourselves for ticks and watch for snakes.
