Nice and charming apartment with excellent location. 10 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta downtown and 10 minutes from the Marina, time estimated with public transportation. Spacious and nice decorated spaces. One main bedroom with a king size bed and a big closet. The living room is an open space that has comfortable sofas, one sofa bed, TV and a dining room for 6 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A full bathroom and outdoor terrace. The entire apartment has AC.

Excellent for up to three adults or a couple with two children.

Close to restaurants, cafes and a mini super (OXXO).
It includes one laundry service per week (7 days).

Agradable y encantador departamento con excelente ubicación. A 10 minutos de distancia del centro de Puerto Vallarta y 10 min de la Marina, tiempo estimado con transporte. Espacios amplios y agradablemente decorado. Recamara que cuenta con una cama king size y un gran closet. La sala de estar es un espacio abierto que cuenta con comodos sillones, un sofá cama, TV y un comedor para 6 personas. La cocina es moderna y está totalmente equipada. Un baño completo y terraza al aire libre. El departamento dispone de aire acondicionado.

Apartamento ideal hasta para tres adulto o una pareja con dos niños.

Incluye un servicio de lavandería por semana (7 días).
Cercano a restaurantes, cafés y un mini súper (OXXO).
