The Space
Tucked into the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romántica, this two-bedroom apartment at Rincón de Almas pairs thoughtful architecture with a relaxed, elevated sense of style. Light moves gently through the space, warmed by walnut millwork and volcanic stone, with original works by Mexican artists and designers placed throughout.
Both bedrooms feature a king-size bed with a custom fine-wood headboard and frame, decorative nightstand lighting, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
The primary bedroom adds a Smart TV and a dedicated wooden desk and chair for remote work, along with sliding wooden doors and an ensuite bathroom finished with a stone vanity, spacious closet, in-room safe, large mirror, and separate shower and toilet areas for extra privacy.
The second bedroom offers sheer curtains for natural light with blackout curtains available for a darker, quieter feel, a spacious closet with its own washer and dryer, and an ensuite bathroom with regional wood details and a glass-enclosed shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, a combo washer-dryer unit, and essential cookware — everything you need for a quick breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner in.
The real highlight is upstairs. The building's rooftop is anchored by a shared infinity pool and hot tub, a gym, lounge areas, and a BBQ area, opening onto 360° views of the ocean, mountains, and city below. Tropical greenery and quiet outdoor corners throughout the apartment round out the space for morning coffee or an evening drink.



Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire apartment: both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living/dining area.
The building's shared rooftop terrace — including the infinity pool, hot tub, and BBQ area — is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. The rooftop gym is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. These are shared spaces with other residents in the building, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings.

This is a smoke-free building; a designated outdoor smoking area is available.
***There is an active construction site across the street, visible from the bedroom and living room. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (no work on Sundays). Some noise may be audible during these hours — we appreciate your understanding and do everything we can to keep the apartment a calm retreat.***
This is a shared residential building where design, comfort, and community coexist. We ask all guests to be considerate of neighbors and common areas throughout their stay, particularly regarding noise in the evenings and around the rooftop, gym, and pool areas.
This apartment is best suited to guests who value design, cleanliness, and mutual respect for shared spaces.
