Watch the awe-inspiring spectacle of whales migrating along the coast, or explore the nearby beach and town. Our guest apartment offers a stylish and comfortable space for couples seeking a romantic escape or a memorable holiday.

The guest space is located in the west wing of the main residence, with its own separate entrance and complete privacy. You’ll have access to a King bedroom, living room, galley style kitchenette, bathroom, and an alfresco dining area. The apartment is tastefully decorated with contemporary coastal decor and a touch of Hamptons elegance. Whether you want to relax by the pool, enjoy a BBQ on your balcony, or curl up on the couch, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

We respect your privacy and independence, but we’re also happy to help you with anything you need during your stay. We live in the adjacent property, so we’re always available to answer your questions or offer recommendations. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we want you to feel at home in our Kiama paradise.

You’re welcome to use the kitchenette for light cooking, as it comes with a microwave oven, countertop oven, sandwich press, portable hot plates, toaster, fridge, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. You also have exclusive access to a Weber BBQ on your balcony, where you can grill your favourite dishes and enjoy the scenic views. Welcome refreshments & a selection of pantry items are included to enhance your arrival.

We value your privacy and peace of mind, but we’re also here to assist you whenever you need us. We live in the adjacent property, so we’re always ready to address any concerns or offer guidance during your stay. Your satisfaction and happiness are our main goals, and we strive to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

This property was immaculate, the views incredible and lots of thoughtful touches, including a bottle of bubbles in the fridge. We loved our stay here. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves crashing on the cliffs opposite was a great way to spend our afternoons there and brought us well needed relaxation and stress relief. We will certainly be looking to stay here again the next time we are coming through Kiama.

The Perfect Getaway

Coastal indulgence is the perfect place to escape the hustle & bustle. Beautifully appointed property with gorgeous ocean views, there is no other choice but to relax. This property is superbly presented and extremely comfortable with everything you could need for your stay provided. Lea, the home owner who lives on site, was unobtrusive but totally warm and friendly, offering great suggestions for dining and for walking in the stunning surrounds of Kiama. We loved returning from our days out to cool off with a swim in the beautiful pool, and a chance to relax on the deck while taking in the most stunning views imaginable. There couldn’t be better located accommodation in the area!

Amazing View - Quiet Location

The property is stunning, and the view is spectacular. The 1 bedroom apartment feels very private to the main house, with an amazing aspect over Loves Bay. It is a great hub to be able to check out the local area, but to also cosy up with a good book and take in the view. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay celebrating our 10yr anniversary. The host was very accomodating when we needed to split our booking by sharing with family - offered additional linen or mid-stay clean between couples. Host, Lea, was always very responsive to messages. Could not recommend this property more highly and will definitely look to stay again in future.

Thank you for your feedback, Robin. I should clarify that there is actually a counter-top oven in the kitchenette, (for baking), and we find that most guests use the Webber grill to fry eggs etc. We also provide casserole dishes and utensils for cooking in the convection microwave. Amazing getaway

Property is pristine clean, modern and beautifully equipped. A perfect getaway only 1 hour 30 minutes from Sydney with amazing water and country views. Lea is the perfect host respecting privacy but also available for any needs. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Just love this property. A fabulous view over Loves Bay means a great stay whatever the weather - which this weekend featured cyclonic winds and sideways rain! Direct access to the remarkable cliff side walk from Kiama to Gerringong. Lovely hosts. Definitely recommend.

So much more than listed. Views were spectacular and the residence was really private. Flawless presentation in all rooms made the stay feel like we were being spoilt. The Coastal walk was right outside the back gate so we could enjoy the outdoors too. Just perfect.

Originally 'Ocean 360 on the Bay', this property was totally demolished and rebuilt in late 2017. Custom designed and constructed to capture the stunning views, the property wraps around the bespoke lap pool. We invite you to experience our tranquil oasis, where you can relax and rejuvenate in a serene setting. What makes this property unique

Arguably the most breathtaking vista on the coast, the feedback since opening has been phenomenal. Coastal indulgence sits on the cliff top peninsular between East's swimming beach and Love's Bay. An abundance of nature is on the door step and Kiama's coastal walking track is literally outside our gate. Whale migration is a humbling and awe inspiring experience.
