Our lovely Villa was built by authentic stone and wood, in a natural ambience and untraceable countryside. The interior presents a combination of rustic style and modern technology, with other necessities.

The Villa is equipped with LCD TV, free WiFi, bathroom, a kitchen with full equipment, a living room with fireplace, dinning room, and a terrace with an amazing view of the Budva coast. The first floor has three bedrooms - with a possibility to sleep 7 people, with also two bathrooms. In the house you will be able to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool with water massage, night lights, and esthetic waterfalls. Also, next to the swimming pool is a common space with kitchen equipment, TV, and bathroom as wall.

Gorgeous views and peaceful

We rented the property as a family of 4. The pool was great and the views over Budva are amazing. Dušan gave us some recommendations and we really enjoyed visiting the local beaches. Highly recommend if you want somewhere a bit quieter away from the centre of Budva.

Stunning villa with spectacular views

We loved our stay at this villa. The views are stunning, especially from the terrace and the pool. And the pool house is an added bonus, with it's own kitchen, ideal for our lunches by the pool. The pool is also heated - don't think we have ever used a pool as much! The house itself is very traditionally decorated and very spacious. 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite and there is also a bathroom on the ground floor. When we arrived, it was lovely to find goodies in both fridges. And nothing was too much trouble for the host Dusan - his communication was fantastic. You definitely need a car here as its about a 20 min drive to the centre of Budva. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

It’s was really good! This house was amazing!

I spend a very good time in this house! The view was amazing! Everything was very perfect! Dusan the owner was really nice! He gave a lot of information about Budva, and was here for every question to help us! Really nice person and really amazing house! I hope can come back to this house! See you next year Budva and Villa princess Mary!!!

You can booked this house without any doubt. The view is amazing, and the house well furbished and organised. You are 10 min from budva so you will need a car. Dusan and his family are very kind, and helpfull for whatever you need. They leave a few minutes away from the house, so they helped us a lot during our travel.
