This property was so beautiful and absolutely perfect for large groups. Plenty of yard games are available like cornhole and kanjam. The dock is huge!!! My friends and I had the best time!

The view is absolutely amazing! We got to see beautiful sunrises and Eagles watching out across the bay each day. Wonderful memories were made with family! Communication with Jason was easy. Jason replied quickly anytime we reached out, which made the trip easier.

The home and grounds were absolutely beautiful! The house was spotless when were arrived. Communication with the host was very quick. Being a waterfront location, I assumed were could swim from the pier; however, that was not the case. The closest breach was not walkable with an infant and 2-year-old with all of their necessities and the was no ample parking. We did enjoy Vir-Mar Beach which was about 10 minutes away by car, but there were so many sea nettles that we couldn't swim. We did find other things to do which made it enjoyable.
