We loved this wonderful home in a lovely coastal community!! It was a convenient home base to explore Cape Cod! It had everything a family could need. Also a great beach! Thank you to our host who was super responsive!

Great spot. House was clean and we had plenty of room family of 6. Nice outside deck. Easy walk to Marketplace Poppy Inn.Paul was great and easy to deal with.Would definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home! We stayed 2 nights for a wedding at New Seabury Country Club. Honestly wished we stayed another night! The house was within walking distance to Popponesset Inn and Marketplace. Walking distance to beach. The only con was the expectation to wash, dry, and put away any towels we used by 10am check out. I totally get throwing them in the wash before leaving. We only managed to get them washed and thrown in dryer before leaving. If you are driving here bring your own towels. The house is fully stocked with anything you may need. I’m thinking a lot of it may have been left by previous renters like packets sugar, ziploc bags, reynolds wrap, trash bags, grilling spray some spices, etc. There was even coffee when we were there which we were very thankful for.

This is genuinely one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in! Right on the pond and steps away from the beach. You can’t beat the location. It was the perfect!
