Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice

Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.

Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:

The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking

The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival

If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.

All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.

This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
- Pets are considered on a case by case basis with a pet fee.
- NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house or near the doors. If there is evidence of smoke inside the house there is an immediate $500 fee plus the cost of remediation. If you do smoke, please do so away from the house and pick up any trash. Additional charges will occur if cigarette butts are littered in the yard.

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.
