I’m reviewing what happened. I was not able to stay. I woke up sick the morning of and I tried to ask for at least the cleaning fee back since they didn’t have to re-clean the unit since I didn’t stay. I know it’s at the discretion of the renter as to whether or not they would comply but they said they would respond within 24 hours. It’s been over a week and they have just left me hanging. I can understand changing my mind for no reason, but I actually woke up sick and felt that asking for the cleaning fee refund was a reasonable request.
