The space
The spacious living and dining areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring cathedral ceilings, and a majestic indoor tree, immersing you in breathtaking forest-to-ocean views. Enjoy the comfortable seating, artwork, Roland digital piano, state-of-the-art sound system, and Roku-enabled TV. The chef’s kitchen boasts excellent appliances and serving ware, granite countertops, and an elegant Balinese dining table for 12. The kitchen leads to a bedroom with desk, an office/optional bedroom and 1/2 bath. Outside, an expansive deck with fire pit, BBQ, and seating for 10 offers panoramic sunset views.

Downstairs, the spacious primary suite features a California King bed, private deck, and spa-caliber ensuite with a two-person soaking tub, granite rain shower, copper sinks, and bidet toilet. Two additional queen suites include desks, Roku TVs, and refined décor. A full guest bathroom, modern laundry suite, and wellness amenities—including a massage table, meditation areas, and spa toiletries —enhance relaxation.

The upstairs is air conditioned - the ground level is naturally much cooler by nature. A backup generator automatically switches on/off for any power outages. Wifi is good throughout the house.

Other negotiable options include exercise equipment, guesthouse, and concierge services. Just let us know your needs and we’ll do our best to meet them.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire main house and acreage with large driveway, except for a few closets reserved for our personal storage.

An attached garage and living space are not included in this listing. Either we will be on-site or our property manager will be available to assist with any urgent items or requests.

We enjoy meeting our guests whenever you wish, and we also totally respect your privacy. We will arrange a time that works for you each week to come in to water the plant forest and the hummingbird feeder.

The property has steep slopes, uneven walkways, no fences, and animals occasionally coming through. They're fun to watch! just remember to supervise small children and pets outdoors.

Dogs allowed with prior permission and extra deposit. Events allowed with prior written permission. For monthly rentals, a rental agreement with security deposits and rental insurance is required.
