The condo accomadated our family of four perfectly. It had a great set up. They did give us our basic necessities to start with, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. My only suggestion would be to maybe have kitchen washclothes and hot pads available for cooking. We did go purchase them ourselves. Upon entering, the floor had a lot of sand on them. There was a broom there and I did sweep it all up. I don't think it's my responsibility though to clean up from previous users. We do enjoy the resort overall as it is a very family oriented resort.
