About this property
Spacious Lakefront Escape-Perfect for Family, Friends, Yoga or Writing Retreats
Welcome to your home away from home! We can't wait for you to make wonderful memories at our lake house! Whether you're sipping coffee on the screened in porch, enjoying a book in our reading nook, paddling across the water at sunset, or exploring the charm of nearby Cassopolis, we hope you rest, reconnect, and enjoy your time with us.
Our spacious 6-bedroom home is on a beautiful and clean inland lake. It's a great get away, close to Chicago, but secluded and serene with views of the lake from the entire home. Located directly on Stone Lake, you have shallow water access and a pier (in the summer) to enjoy fishing and swimming on this 177-acre all-sports lake.
Step inside and discover a thoughtfully updated retreat – with a newly remodeled kitchen, new wood floors, and new carpet - designed for comfort and connection. Our 2 distinct family rooms, a conversation/reading nook, two bar areas, and a large dining area offer plenty of room inside to relax and gather. Outdoors, four unique gathering areas—a deck with grill, screened in porch, primary bedroom deck, and walk-out patio—provide inviting settings for every mood and moment. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level and 4 bedrooms with an additional bathroom downstairs, multiple families or large groups can sleep and stay comfortably.
We love hosting respectful travelers and families. Please note that the home is reserved for the number of guests specified in your booking—no additional visitors or parties allowed. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay—this is a quiet, residential setting.
