Huge chefs kitchen, a/c in every room, hot water , the water in our house is clean and we have a water filtration system, duel pane tinted windows for privacy, 2 living rooms, large covered patio with ceiling fans , exterior sound system, amazing swimming pool , over sized BBQ area , pool bathroom and outdoor shower.washer & dryer, supper fast WIFI . This list can go on and on
