I didn't get the check in instructions until the day of the check in. I had paid twice for a pet fee when it's included in the booking. I was giving the Wi-Fi user and password twice due to the 1st Wi-Fi user and password was disconnected. And the television didn't work. The host lacks with communication. I don't recommend it.
