• Quiet time: 10 PM - 7 AM (city ordinance)
• No smoking indoors – fee of $500 if detected
• No open flames indoors
• No pets allowed

→ Zero tolerance for parties & events. Lake Havasu City takes noise complaints very seriously with short-term rentals, which could result in fines or listing removal. Please respect the neighborhood and house rules.

→ PLEASE NOTE

• Pool is not fenced and may be unsuitable for young children. Guests assume full responsibility and liability for the safety of all children and guests while using the pool.
• Pool maintenance is scheduled every Thursday, but the service team may occasionally come on another day. They will access the backyard as needed to ensure the pool is in top condition.

Everything was pretty smooth from check in to check out. Only issue we had was a lack of toilet paper and dish soap. Other than those small things it was a great stay.

This house was all and more. No detail missed.Beds were comfortable, coffee was provided, the game room was amazing, the rocking outdoor chair and even the oil and vinegar.Super close to town and stores.Owners were extremely responsive and available.Highly recommend!!!

The interior and exterior of this property was absolutely beautiful... it was bright and cheery and most importantly, very clean. It contained everything one could ever imagine needing while away from home, just bring your bags and food and you're all set! The host was easy to access and so helpful when we had questions. We loved our stay there and plan to return next year!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We were very satisfied and would happily recommend this property.The house is clean and cozy, with good-quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen — everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s especially nice that the lake is right nearby.The only minor downside is that in the evenings crickets would sometimes get into the house, which caused a bit of discomfort. Despite this small issue, we were happy with our stay.The host responded to all messages promptly and in a timely manner.
