The house was very nice and clean. It had a nice presentation upon our arrival with a few welcoming gestures like the towels folded like a flower and the toilet paper. The house met our family's needs well. The host responded when we reached out with a need. Our grandson loved the colored lights in the bedroom he stayed in.Would definitely stay again and recommend.

I have been a host for about a year now and I enjoy the feeling of providing my guest with the best quality stays this town can offer.

Things in like to do are; work on cars, spend time with my family, and watching my Eagles. Go Birds!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is in a very sweet and nice part of town. The home is technically located in new castle county so guests can experience less restrictions while in the county, but enjoy close proximity to the city of Wilmington. There are plenty of parks within walking distance, and many more within a few minute drive from the house. The neighbors are friendly and also know how to mind their business too.

What makes this property unique

Our home is tastefully designed to make guest feel like they are staying in a 5 star hotel but with 2000 square feet of living space. We also host a functional wood burning fireplace, and have a fully fenced in yard for your enjoyment. Our home is a retreat for well behaved pets and is extremely spacious for families with young kids.
