The property is situated about 10 minutes walk south of Roma Termini that is near the papal Basilica of St. Mary Major and also near Regoli Pasticceria. Just below the property there is branch of Roscioli. It is good area as attractions are walking distance. May be a little noisy outside at night but if you need space. This is a good property as it huge and has very good kitchen as well.

Room was very nice and clean with a great kitchen. Location was decent with a metro right across the street.Not good. Only 2 of the three beds had blankets and pillows which made things difficult with our party. Not good. Communication and Customer Service.Not good. Charged 30 euros for person per night for my mom and aunt who stayed with us for 2 nights with no blankets.

Andrea n'était pas présente lors de notre arrivée ; par contre elle est toujours restée joignable et a répondu à chacune de nos questions avec gentillesse.L'appartement est très agréable avec de très belles peintures au plafond, il est également bien équipé et la literie est confortable. Une seule remarque par rapport à l'annonce il n'y avait pas de télévision. Mais cela ne nous a pas manqué. L'emplacement proche de la gare Termini est adéquate. Il y a le métro à 100 m de l'appartement qui nous amène très rapidement au centre historique de Rome. Le parc qui se situe à côté de l'appartement est lui aussi agréable. Les restaurants dans le quartier sont assez limités pour le soir. Il faut réserver longtemps en avance pour ceux présents.Un agréable séjour à Rome avec une météo finalement bien meilleure que celle annoncée.
