Dear Corey, Thank you so much for the review. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the central location of our loft at the Colosseum, its quiet secret garden and our welcome bottle of prosecco. However, we would like to clarify a few things with you: 1. The Vrbo listing system considers all beds to be "rooms." However, it is correctly stated that the loft consists of a room with a double bed, a room with a sofa bed and an additional sofa bed in the living room, for a total of 3 beds; 2. In addition to the description, there are photos of all the rooms in the listing. So you can clearly see from the photos that there are two rooms and a living room with a sofa bed; 3. Payment with Vrbo is automatically divided into two parts. One part to be paid at the time of booking and one part to be paid at the time of check-in along with the tourist tax. This payment method is correctly described at the time of booking and, in addition, is reminded by us personally to all guests in the Vrbo chat. In fact, on July 4th, 2024, at 8:43am we sent you, along with the confirmation message, this message: “We would like to inform you that we charged your credit card the 50% of the total cost to confirm the booking and the other 50% can be paid on the day of check-in.” We therefore believe that the method of payment, as well as the composition of the loft with its rooms, are correctly stated within our listing. We would like to clarify the issue of the beds and point out to you that in the description of the official Vrbo listing the number of rooms is correctly stated. It does in fact say that there are three rooms, including two bedrooms, one separate and one loft room, and a living room with a sofa bed. It is also correctly stated that there is a double bed and a sofa bed in the rooms, while the second sofa bed is in the living room. This is not a classic apartment but a loft, as you can see in the Vrbo listing photos, so it's normal to have a loft room.
