Escape to this cozy coach home 1st floor condo in picturesque Naples. This awesome property features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests will feel right at home. The 2nd living room even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. A spacious kitchen, family room, and living room offer plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views.

This first floor condo has a one car garage for easy access, a beautiful and private lakefront lanai offers beautiful sunsets and extra room. The condo is fully equipped, and includes beach chairs, 2 bikes and everything you need.

The community includes two heated pools along with pickleball/tennis courts. The excellent location is close top the top beaches, restaurants and shopping in the area.

Monthly rental only, available for January & February 2026.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please lock the front door and leave the screen door unlock. Leave the entry door from the garage into the condo unlocked.
Please leave the garage door opener and keys on the counter in the kitchen. Leave thermostat on cool set to 76 degrees.
